CAPS is delighted to announce its partnership with the National Body Repair Association (NBRA). Not only does CAPS support subscribers by providing a safe and secure method to exchange data with work providers and the connected supply chain, it can do this at no connection or registration fee to body shop users.
Jason Moseley, NBRA Director said: “We are delighted to be working more closely with CAPS, as this will provide some very specific member benefits with the imminent challenges of the General Data Protection Regulation. Their willingness for open dialogue and transparency with the repair community sits well alongside our own values within the NBRA. We look forward to a growing relationship between CAPS, NBRA and the collision sector as a whole.”
CAPS 2.0, the latest release of the CAPS system, continues to provide secure encrypted data exchange with the added security that it does not store data. Additional features have been added to the functionality, providing users easy control over who they share their data with and the ability to instantly stop data flow through the CAPS Friendship Request service.
In the coming months, CAPS will be developing its support to NBRA members by way of consultation, advice and hassle-free connection to the CAPS data exchange service.
